HsTcp2Com is a communications application for Windows which allows to forward / bridge data between serial ports (RS232, bluetooth, IrDA, USB) represented as COM ports and TCP/IP connections or UDP/IP links. In the simplest scenario it is an COM port to TCP/IP converter, but it can bridge data between any combination of COM and UDP or TCP ports, with TCP ports in either client or server modes

ServerTalk 1.0

ServerTalk is an application that allows you to communicate directly with an open TCP or UDP port on a machine. It is similar to a graphical Telnet client, but lets you pick the port, and lets you use TCP or UDP. This can be very useful for low-level troubleshooting of server issues when using any of the clear-text based protocols such as FTP, Telnet, HTTP, etc. Also a great learning tool. Hercules SETUP is useful utility including terminal for the Serial port (RS232 or RS485), UDP/IP and TCP/IP (Client or Server).
